Walk for Life and Beyond

“Awesome!” “Fabulous!” “Life Changing!” “Marvelous!” Those are just a few of the words that we’ve heard to describe the 6th Annual Walk for Life West Coast! California had been pounded with one storm after another, but you didn’t let that keep you away. You came to San Francisco by the tens of thousands. Often huddled together under umbrellas in the pouring rain. The rain never dampened the spirit and energy of the vast crowd assembled together to proclaim one voice as we Walked for Life! <more...>

The 6th Annual Walk for Life West Coast has come and gone . . . or has it?   The Walk for Life is much more than just one day each year that we gather to witness to the beauty and sacredness of all human life – it’s also a spirit, and a movement that people carry back to their own homes, their schools and their organizations.   How can you make this spirit more a part of your own life?  We offer some suggestions.

California Human Rights Amendment

Please join us in supporting the California Human Rights Amendment authored by our very own St. Gianna Molla award recipient WALTER HOYE, and help to bring awareness to the radical notion that an unborn child is a person. Immediate help is needed to gather signatures for ballot qualification. For more information visit Civil Rights Foundation.

Walk for India's Missing Girls

On March 6th there will be a Walk for India's Missing Girls, a silent march to protest female foeticide and infanticide in India, the worst genocide in India's history. In the last 20 years, 10 million girls have been killed by their parents, either before or immediately after birth. To find out more and to get information about the Walk in San Francisco, go here.

Thanking the Police

Please join us in thanking them by writing to: Chief George Gascon, Hall of Justice, 850 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. You can write your own letter or download a sample letter here.
